One of the most challenging aspects of the Leader/Educator role is delivering constructive feedback. Whilesharing praise comes naturally to most of us, conversations that shed light on weaknesses in performanceor behavior tend to be more difficult. Moreover, ineffective delivery of constructive feedback can leave one feeling frustrated, mistrustful, or angry and may occasionally lead to confrontation.
